Odin Mühlenbein is a Partner at Ashoka Germany and Co-Lead of the Systems Unit at Ashoka Globalizer. Ashoka Globalizer is a global strategy program that focuses on systemic impact. Odin has been developing such strategies with over 100 leading social entrepreneurs, as well as many of the tools that Ashoka uses in the area of systems change. He published several reports on the topic, and his articles appeared both in sector magazines (SSIR, SIJ) and in outlets for the general public (WEF Agenda, ZEIT). Before Ashoka, Odin was a consultant at McKinsey & Company and co-founded two social ventures. He got Masters in Philosophy, Logic, and Political Sciences with studies in Munich, Oxford, and Cambridge.

At the School of System Change, Odin focused on funding principles for systemic initiatives, based on the experiences of leading social entrepreneurs from around the world. In the past courses, Odin has focused his ecosystem work in collaboration with other partners.

What he is most excited about in your current work is shifting (back) the narrative around social entrepreneurs, from social business leaders to catalysts of societal transformations.
