Systems Change Coach

Forum for the Future

Sean Andrew is a system change coach at Forum and a process designer and facilitator focusing on collaborative governance, conflict transformation, nature-based frameworks and developing emergent strategies that encourage people to work together to address contentious complex cultural and structural social-ecological questions and challenges. His experiences range from community building, working across spheres of government through developing collaborative action-inquiry networks to accompanying civil society organizations to cultivate systemic mindsets and practices. At Forum, he works to build the capabilities and develop the enabling conditions for us to organize into creating systems change. He’s continuously exploring different perspectives and possibilities that help us figure out what our next most elegant step might be as a present expression and seed for the world we yearn to live and work into.
"At the School of System Change, I bring ways for us to cultivate the inner conditions and ways of relating that allow us to embrace both connection and conflict as we collaboratively inquire and actualize coherence and change."
