Senior Sustainability Strategist

Background

I am a designer and strategist dedicated to building community and ecological resilience in supply chains.

I spent the early years of my career as a product and accessories designer– discovering my passion for creative problem solving while also questioning our exploitative systems of production and consumption. These questions eventually led me to UC Berkeley where I received an interdisciplinary Master of Sustainable Development (MDP).

Since then, I’ve worked on designing sustainability strategies with a variety of brands and nonprofits– developing a regenerative packaging solution for Patagonia, reimagining an apparel factory program for Fair Trade USA, and supporting regional fiber economies at Fibershed. I am passionate about solutions that are rooted in communities, enable regional resilience, and embrace intersections of environmental and social impact.

What floats my boat outside of work:

I love long road trips, hiking to peaks, and dabbling in textile crafts of all kinds.
