I’m a business psychologist and coach with extensive organisational design and development experience. I have spent 18 years in the Civil Service leading teams, change and designing and delivering organisation design and development interventions. I have learnt that when self-confidence and resilience are developed at an individual level this can have a transformative impact on our systems.

I have ended up at Forum as the next step on my journey, this is an opportunity for me to put into practice my eclectic mix of people skills to enable our people at Forum to thrive.
