Office and HR Administration Coordinator Salary: £24,049 – £27,126 plus £3,550 London Weighting Location: London About the role We have an opportunity for an experienced Office and HR Administration Coordinator to play a critical and varied role within our friendly and dynamic office. In this role you will be coordinating various aspects of office services and human resources administration to support the smooth running of our London office. The role will also have the responsibility for welcoming visitors, answering the phone, dealing with deliveries and monitoring and ordering stock, processing of invoices at all times maintaining a safe, clean and pleasant working environment. The post holder will support the HR and Office Manager with human resources administration including managing the recruitment inbox, posting job vacancies, processing incoming applications, scheduling interviews and similar duties. In addition, the role holder will support the Resources team with general admin including, the coordination of events, training, and meetings. We are looking for someone who: Has prior experience of working in a similar position with responsibility for various aspects of office management, including working knowledge of health and safety and human resources administration Has strong interpersonal skills, and is able to build productive working relationships with people at all levels within the organisation and with external stakeholders Is able to prioritise their workload and deal effectively with changing and sometimes competing priorities, while maintaining accuracy and focus to deliver to deadlines Has the flexibility and willingness to take on other related tasks outside their direct brief as needed Is able to manage expectations and requests across multiple stakeholders and priorities creating understanding and buy-in. Has an eye for detail and able to identify needs for improvement and design creative and practical solutions.
