HR Officer (part-time, flexible) Salary: £32,500 (per annum pro rata), plus attractive benefits. About the role This is an exciting role where you will take the lead on developing, implementing and maintaining an effective and robust recruitment service across our four offices. You will be the first point of contact for the recruiting teams and candidates to enhance our ability to attract and recruit talented people from diverse backgrounds. You will actively contribute to the development of our global recruitment policy and practice in support of our organisational objectives. Working closely with the group HR Manager, in this varied role you will also be involved in project work, process development and ongoing HR administration to ensure smooth transactions. About you To succeed in this role you will be a motivated and confident HR professional with a strong team ethos and willingness to learn and apply your skills and abilities in novel ways. You will have worked in a similar role where you gained experience of or had exposure to recruiting across the time zones and cultures, using your creative problem solving and digital skills to reach out to new audiences. You will also bring your skills and experience of process improvement, design and implementation, including familiarity with harnessing technology to enable improved user experience and ease of administration. You will be familiar with employment regulations, good practice in HR, and stakeholder management. You enjoy keeping a pulse on current HR trends and how they can be applied and adapted for the benefit of organisations.
