Global Financial Controller Salary: c. £47,000 per annum Benefits: Various opportunities for flexible working, generous time off policies, and other sector-competitive benefits Location: London, the role is expected to be primarily office based with the flexibility to work one or two days at home We are looking for a dynamic, motivated, Global Financial Controller to support us through a journey of growth and internationalisation. This role will lead our financial management and accounting to help ensure the organisation is resilient and stable to support growth. It will lead the financial accounting team with responsibility for the development of a thriving team that plays an important role in the organisation. The successful candidate will be fully qualified with a background from Charities, Commercial or the Public Sector. You will have a collaborative approach and be able to work effectively across an international, multi-cultural organisation. You will have a desire for change and be proactive in identifying challenges and solving problems. You will be a self-starter, with the ability to use your own initiative and judgement to navigate uncertainty. You will be confident working with, navigating and developing new systems and processes to drive improvements and efficiencies. Enthusiasm for what Forum does is a must..
