Gianna Goulding Background I joined the team as the School of System Change Programme Producer in May 2019, based at Forum’s London office. Before joining Forum I spent 10 years working with various social impact organisations, managing a portfolio of projects, events and educational programmes. Much of my recent work has been with the Skoll Centre for Social Entrepreneurship at the University of Oxford, where for 3 years I ran Map the System, a global education competition that encourages students to adopt a systems approach to tackling social and environmental challenges. I continue to support Map the System as a part-time consultant alongside my role at Forum. Other projects I have managed include Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses UK, the DFI Gender Finance Collaborative, the Skoll Scholarship and Emerge Conference. I hold an MA in Gender & Culture from the University of Leeds and am passionate about advancing women and girls’ leadership across the globe. What floats my boat outside work? Outside of work, I love cooking, photography, attempting to grow my own food, and occasional DJing.
