About the role This role will suit a part qualified chartered accountant or e-commerce graduate with 5-7 years of accounts experience. Based in our Mumbai office, you will take ownership of all aspects of sales ledger for our Mumbai, UK, US, and Singapore offices, as well as support purchase ledger function by processing staff expenses and credit card transactions This will give you an opportunity to develop your skills in both sales and purchase ledger processing in a multi-national set up. Reporting to the Global Financial Controller (based in London), you will work alongside another Finance Officer, (also based in London), within a larger international resources team. About you In addition to your qualifications, you are very well organised and thorough, as well as interested in Forum’s sustainability work. You have experience working in purchase and/or sales ledger functions and using accounting software. You will be fluent in written and spoken English and have excellent communication skills to be able to engage with our colleagues across nations, as well as to effectively follow through with our customers to ensure payments are made within the contract terms. You take pride in delivering quality work, you can multi-task and are able to use your own initiative and work independently. It will be an advantage if you have experience working with remote teams.
