Background

I'm particularly interested in supply chains and manage partnerships with organisations that want to pioneer sustainable practice, and projects on supply chain innovation and procurement. I am also part of the team managing the collaborative Engineers of the 21st Century projects.

I joined Forum in 2007, following a hectic few months getting reforestation into the North Argentine psyche. I wanted to help the UK act on our sustainability commitments that are an inspiration to other countries. I’d seen that Forum is a place that works with organisations to do just that during my Sustainable Business Masters at Leeds University.

My dream project? A big question! I’d be really excited to get a whole global supply chain together to ensure that it is fit for purpose in a world where resources are scarce and society is faced with the impacts of climate change. We would see value fairly distributed throughout a resilient supply chain where relationships between organisations and communities are wholly beneficial. We would help the organisations innovate together to tackle issues within their immediate influence, but also wider such as corruption and societal well being.

What floats my boat outside of work? Outdoorsy stuff: growing my own; climbing mountains; scuba diving; breathing in clean, fresh air whilst standing on Morte Point, North Devon in a howling gale.
