In fact, we want our partners to clearly show that this is the only way to be profitable in the longer term. We have done important work in defining what a leader business looks like and the cutting edge strategies that take a company in the right direction.
• In the public sector we want our partners to take the lead and demonstrate that by applying sustainability principles to their policy and decision-making they will deliver a better quality of life. The public sector spends £150 billion each year on procurement – this can be an incredible lever for leadership and we help our partners to use it effectively. We also provide capacity building.
• We want city regions to take on the challenge of urban sustainability and show how a sustainable place will look like in practice. We are currently working in Bristol on this.
• We want the leaders of today and tomorrow to demonstrate effective leadership on sustainability. We provide highly-regarded training via our masterclasses and our ground-breaking Masters Course in Leadership for Sustainability.
