When can I expect to receive my order?We aim to despatch your order within 10 days of receiving it (unless you tell us that you’d like to receive it later, for example if you’re buying a gift subscription for a special occasion).

If we have already despatched your order we will contact you to find out if you would prefer to return the goods to us (in which case you will need to cover the cost of postage), or to receive a partial refund.

   You may at times decide to supply personal information via the Green Futures website. Personal information is anything which enables us to identify you in some way, such as your name or email address. If you supply such information, we are legally bound by the Data Protection Act 1998 to ensure that such information is only used for the purpose stated, and also to ensure that the data is held securely.

   We may collect and record information in order for us to understand more about how our site is used and in turn to make sure that the site reflects your needs.    If you make a request for further information via the Green Futures website, the data will only be retained on our web servers as long as necessary in order for us to respond to your query.
