When can I expect to receive my order?We aim to despatch your order within 10 days of receiving it (unless you tell us that you’d like to receive it later, for example if you’re buying a gift subscription for a special occasion).

If we have already despatched your order we will contact you to find out if you would prefer to return the goods to us (in which case you will need to cover the cost of postage), or to receive a partial refund.
