Reflections from the Class of 2011

What is on the mind of Forum’s young leaders for sustainability as they embark on their careers? What are their ambitions and what are they taking with them from their intensive 10 month course with Forum and work placements with Forum’s partner organisations?

Forum’s ambition is to create a step change in the sustainability of key systems, such as food, by using system innovation. Our new Systems Innovation Lab provides space for us to explore and overcome the complex challenges to building a sustainable future. These challenges include developing people’s capacity and building networks.

We design learning programmes that equip leaders to reshape the key systems they operate in. Our novel masters programme is a good example our capacity and network building initiatives.
