Three dimensional mentoring and coaching

For leaders who want to increase their impact through 1:1 coaching on sustainability from leading experts in the field

One-to-one time with a Forum for the Future Director offers a tailored and personal learning experience. In one- to two-hour slots with our senior sustainability experts, individual directors can get to grips with their specific challenges and develop ways to add value to their organisation through sustainability.

The approach sets out to build participants’ knowledge of sustainability, helps them reflect on current activities and critique them from a sustainability perspective, and allows them to trial and review new approaches.

Our Forum for the Future mentors include:

  • Jonathon Porritt, founding director and outgoing chair of the Sustainable Development Commission
  • Peter Madden, chief executive
  • Sara Parkin, founding director
  • Sally Uren, deputy chief executive
  • Stephanie Draper, director of change strategies
  • Ben Tuxworth, director of communications
  • Our individual heads of futures, innovation, business strategies, metrics, finance and built environment for specialist support.

We have delivered individual mentoring and coaching for a range of companies including M&S, Shell, Tesco, Pret a Manger and Skanska. This approach has had a number of outcomes including a significant contribution to M&S plan A.
